Dosa aur masale ki samagri ekatrit karne ke baad chaliye ab masala dosa banane ki vidhi in hindi jaane. To yeh hai dosa banane ki vidhi hindi me:


Chawal aur udad daal aur methi daane ko raat ko bhigo ke rakhe alag bartan me.

Uble aalu ka chilka nikal ke mash kar de
Pan me 2-4 tablespoon tel daale aur garam hone de.

Alu ka paste daal ke achchi tarah se hilate rahe. Namak, amchur aur chutki haldi daal ke aur milaye aur ek baaju rakhe. Hare dhaniye ke patte mila de aur nimbu ka ras nichod ke phir se mila de.
Dosa par lep karne ke liye lal mirch-lasan-imli chutney:

10 lehsun ki kali, thodasa imli, 10 sukhe lal mirch sabhi ko paani me bhigo de, paani nikale aur phir mixer me pees de aur paste banaye.

Ab flame reduce kare aur ek bade chamach me dosa masala leke dosa ke beech me rakhe aur thodasa spread kare
