Garmi so hone wali bimari

Agar aap garmiyon me dopahar ke samay bina koi protection ke ghoomenge to aap ko taklif hoga. Loo lagne ki shakyata badh jaati hai. Agar loo lag jaaye to is ke lakshan hai ki aap ko chakkar aa jaata hai aur gabhrahat hoti hai. Yeh serious hai aur is se aap ko bache rehna chahiye.

Agar aap do ghante bhi dhoop me ghoomenge aur paani nahin piyenge to dehydration hoga.

Dhoop me aap ko sunburn hoga aur tvacha kali pad jaayegi. Is ke alava aap ke sharir par rashes honge jis ko ghamoria kehte hai, yaane ki prickly heat.

Peene me aam ka ras, kache aam ka panna, pudina aur saunf ka sharbat, nimbu ka sharbat, nariyal paani, khus ka sharbat, chandan-badam ka sharbat, tamatar-pyaz ka sharbat aur lassi aap ko cool rakhenge.

Bahar aap ghoomte hai to paani ka bottle apne saath rakhe aur peete rahiye taki dehydration na ho. Paani se nariyal paani behtar hai aur ganne ka ras bhi shresht hai. Bahar ghoomte ho to aap ko kahin na kahin tarbuj bechne vaale mil jaayenge. Ek dish tarbuj khaane se aap hydrate honge aur sharir bhi thanda rahega. Yeh garmi se bachne ke upayo me se ek shresht upay hai.

Tamatar-pyaj ka sharbat,  tamatar khaane se, pethe khaane se aur kachcha nariyal khaane se bhi aap garmi se kaise bache prashna ka jawab paayenge.



Agar ghamoria ho jaaye to is se bachne ke liye bahar jaane ke pehle talcum powder chidak le apne sharir par. Corn flour bhi uttam hai. Aise hi besan bhi aap laga sakte hai to ghamoria me rahat milega. Ghamoria me neem ke patte ka paste banaye aur is me tulsi ke patte ka paste mila ke lep kare to ghamoria mit jayenge.

Paani peena na bhooliye. Din me 3-4 litre paani pee le kyuki paani ke bahut fayde hai. Khaas kar ke
bahar jaane ke pehle paani pee ke nikle aur vapas aane par sadharan thanda paani pee le. Agar jaljira ka sevan kare to aur bhi achcha hai.

South me imli ka adhik prayog hota hai, khaas kar ke Tamil Nadu me, aur is ka karan hai. Imli aap ko garmi se bachaye rakhta hai aur loo ka asar nahin hoga. Imli ka chutney ya imli ka sharbat peene se yeh ek fayda hai. Kokam ka sharbat bhi garmiyon me behtar hai.

Agar aap dhoop me ghoom ke aaye hai to chandan ka paste banaye aur multani mitti aur thoda sa malai ke saath mila ke chehre par mal de. Is se jo tvacha shyam ho gayi hai voh phir se nikhar uthega.





Pudina ka chutney aur pyaaj khaane se pachan tantra theek rehta hai aur garmi se hone vali aruchi door ho jayegi.

Dhoop me ghoom ke ghar aaye ho to nimbu ka sharbat ya nariyal paani pee le. Nimbu ke sharbat me chini aur thodasa namak avashya milaye taake jo salts pasina dwara bahar gaye hai voh replace ho jaaye.

Gulkand khaane se aap garmi se bache rahenge. Gulab ka sharbat bhi faydemand hai.
